Haitian reaper sos is a beautiful hot blend of lemon and pepper giving a good tang and flavour along with some fierce bite from the super-hot Carolina Reaper chilli peppers.

Great with kebabs, as a marinade on chicken or your favourite substitute and mix with oil to make a beautiful salad dressing are a few ways we like to use it.
